We will have our Annual Membership Meeting which is open to all members and scheduled on Wednesday, February 21st.

Similar to previous years, we will start with a pre-meeting at 5:00pm at the BikeBling store where Stone beer will be offered to members. BikeBling will also offer a 20% discount on most store items.

At 7pm, we will walk over to nearby Vinz restaurant where we will have our annual meeting. 2018 Club activities and financial budget, as well as 2017 financial results, will be presented. As per previous year, the club will provide food (pizza) and 1 soft drink beverage to all members attending the meeting.

The Annual Membership Meeting is a key event to inform members on club related matters and a great opportunity to provide feedback to the Board of Directors. The Board is hoping for a high participation. Please reserve this date and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, February 21st, so please mark your calendars.
